I am selling my large spacious Altas Mafair static caravan, 2 bedrooms 36 x 12. It has a very large lounge area, dining area and large kitchen, part of the seating area in the lounge also converts into a double bed, you can easily sleep six people in the caravan due to the size. The dining table can easily seat six people. There is a large shower room with a seat and wash basin etc. The toilet is seperate to the shower room which makes things alot easier. One bedroom has two single beds with a dressing table, wardrobe and cupboard. The main bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobes, cupboard and a large dressing table. The shower room has a door coming off the main hallway and also a door into the double bedroom. The kitchen is large with a gas hob, oven and seperate grill, lots of cupboard space etc. It has new carpets to the living area and hall way, also has new lino to kitchen and toilet area. It has its own gravel parking area and is on a large plot, not jamed in between lots of caravans. There are 2 x entrance doors. The boiler has just had its safety inspection and is fully working. The photographs do not do the caravan justice. The beach is 30 seconds away by foot. The site has a club house which is included in the site fees already paid, it has full entertainment, pool, arcade, outdoor playing area, owners lounge, restaurant and events. Site fees paid until November 2016, I am only selling the caravan as we dont used it enough due to work comitments.
