2001 BMW 325ci Automatic in Heysham, Lancashire for sale

My 325ci Automatic. Beautiful car to drive and admire. It's aged well as a design and still turns heads. I'd always wanted one of these and bought it as a project to get to know BMW's. You won?t find another that?s had the amount of mechanical work this ones had done. There are many common issues with these cars, this one had them all. I've gone through the whole car and fixed them all. It's had the VANOS seals replaced with upgraded items- these should never need doing again, at the same time the cam cover gaskets were all replaced along with the camshaft sensor. Common oil leaks include the cam cover, as above, and also the oil filter housing- one of those jobs that takes hours but the part is only a couple of quid! Ive replaced all the discs and pads with Brembo branded items, I also replaced the rear calipers with genuine bmw items. The front wishbones and bushes have been replaced on both sides with upgraded ones with a four year warranty. The rear shock absorbers were replaced with BMW msport spec Boge items. All Intake pipes are new BMW items along with a new Idle control valve and throttle body. The DiSA valve gasket has been changed. All new spark plugs and Bosch coil packs on all 6 cylinders. All the above work has meant this car is capable of 40mpg on a run. LPG is fitted if you desire to use it but as I do a lot of 10 mile commuter journeys it hasn't really benefited me. Fitted with two new Continental tyres to the rear at a cost of £290, the fronts are Hancook with plenty of tread. Desirable genuine staggered BMW MV1 18" alloy wheels, LED Smoked tail lights. Just had a full service including all filters, the air filter is a pipercross lifetime panel filter.
